Simon and team did an AMAZING job on my floors.
I am so, so happy with the result. They sanded, filled the gaps and finished with a limewash and topcoat on the 100+ year old floors.
Simon kept me updated throughout the process and sent me photos as I could not always be there.
They were very easy to communicate with, anyways on time, and had a very reasonable price. The results have made such a difference to the space!
I would HIGHLY recommend Simon and his team to everyone!

Simon and his team did an excellent job prepping floors in a 70's apartment by filling holes and removing nailed in wooden slats that held down old carpet. However, I was hoping for a 'light' finish similar to another apartment in the building. All floors in the building are Cypress pine. Pic 1 and 2 are my floors pre finishing, Pic 3 the other apartment floors and 4 and 5 my finished floors. A tad dark and yellow. I may refinish again in a few years.

Simon was accommodating from the start. He was patient and flexible as we waited for the painting to be completed by our painters before Simon’s team could come in. Simon and his team worker Alex and John completed timber floor sand and polish beautifully beyond our expectations. The team came on time in the early morning, they were full of experience, well prepared with equipment and maintained the environment clean. They kept me informed to see their working steps on site. Due to my uncertainty of timber floor polish, they presented me with sample test many times. Finally, Our dark brown timber floor was sanded and polished with water base, satin finish which uplifted the room with a fresh bright soft wood look, setting up a warm living space. From the start of the Project Simon’s advice was great. It was a big job, however, Simon and his team handled it with absolute professionalism, they were very respectful of our home when they entered and cleaned up each time they attended.
